Standard eagle plate carrier, I run a pretty slick front with just a tq rubber banded on and 3 mags in standard flapped mag pouches. I shove the kdu for my big radio (so i can change the channel/freqs without having a buddy do it) as well as a vs17 panel in the front flap. I usually run my two ptt"s on the far left and right side.
Left side:

I have my 152 pouch immediately to my left so i can pull it out and fuck with it if need be, next to that i have a vslm pouch that usually gets my dagr thrown in it as it doesn"t see too much use. On the back left I"ve got a padded 5590 pouch that usually is used to hold my nods or snacks.
Right side:

On the right I"ve got another vslm pouch mounted up front which actually carries my vslm. This sees a lot of use so i like to have it up front where i can grab at and stash it away quickly. Next to that I"ve got a large c-admin pouch that i usually stuff all my extras in, cheat sheets, batteries, gerber, pens/markers, and I"ve got a few ir buzz saws within easy reach.
Back:

Back is pretty simple, just a 117 golf pouch for my big radio with a frag pouch mounted on the side and an eagle hydration carrier mounted underneath. In the frag pouch i keep an extra ptt and an extra boom mic for my peltors.
Rack:

If we are doing something that doesn"t require armor i usually rock this rig, set up pretty similar to the front of my kit. Just 3 mags with a 152 pouch and a vslm pouch to the right and a canteen pouch where i stuff all my extra goodies in the right. Usually if I"m wearing this i have my golf in an eagle yote or a battlelab bag where everything else goes.
Belt:

I just recently moved all this stuff off my riggers belt and onto this thing, Its not much but i didn"t like how it felt with all that shit being on my pants belt. Just a frag pouch for my compass, an ifak and my drop pouch which ends up getting used for snacks and water bottles most of the time.

Like i said, if I"m wearing my rack my 117 golf is usually stuffed in this thing or preferably my battle lab bag that i don"t have any pics of. This i usually just use as a range bag.
Helmet:

Bucket is your standard ops core with a multi cam helmet cover thrown on. Ive got a S&S strobe on top as well as my peltors mounted to the rails. The strobe sucks but its way lighter and better than the old brick one. General consensus is that its much preferred to have the peltors on the rails comfort wise. Kinda sucks if you"re doing something where you just need ear pro since you have to butcher them to get them onto the rail attachments but i haven"t regretted it yet.

For most things we wear just your standard ocp top and bottom, comfort wise they aren"t bad but they certainly aren"t durable, I usually rock some brown under armor t shirts i got that are way better than the standard tan ones.
We also get issued a bunch of the crye assaults (pictured above) and fields. These things are money when we get to wear them, after a few wears and washes they feel like pjs and the built in kneepads and elbow pads, while not the best, are pretty nice. The billions of pockets these things have seem incredibly well thought out and given the choice id wear these over any other uniform. Comfort wise i actually prefer the fields to the assault ones but thats just because they seem to fit me better. As far as durability I"ve yet to rip any of mine so in my eyes they are worth whatever the army is paying for them.
Boots:

Besides the obvious big army boots i use (standard issue/nike sfb"s/garmonts) my go to boots right now are a pair of salomon quests, they seem to fit my feet the best and i love the feeling of support i get from them. Cons being they are slightly heavy and since they don"t breathe well they can feel pretty hot, also sometimes id prefer a lower cut fit.
If i want something stiffer and less of a built up running shoe I"ve got a pair of kayland vertigo highs which are a little bit more of a traditional mountain hiker. For socks i have a bunch of under armor, darn tough and smartwools, smart wools are my favorite but a bit pricey.

Mine is the one in the middle, just a regular 14.5 inch m4 with a 12 inch DD rail. Ive got my la-5 mounted on the right side with a pressure switch running over the top and velcro"d in between the 9 and 12 o"clock rails and an insight m3x mounted on the left side that i use my thumb to activate. No irons and I"ve got just a 1x-4x specter mounted on top. Choices are either the specter or the eotech and i prefer having magnification without having to have the bulkiness of the eotech + magnifier some guys run.
Pretty slick setup compared to a lot of guys here. I had a shorty dd fore grip mounted on it for awhile but i found it got in the way more than i liked it, i recently got a magpul afg I"m gonna throw on and try out. The stock is an old school 4 position style that i absolutely hate, I"m looking to get a magpul or a sopmod thrown on but our arms room is out of them right now. I use a mix of gen 3 pmags and old hk mags in it that so far haven"t given me any problems.
